In 2012 NWCDA were privileged to receive a grant that enabled them to purchase the necessary software and hardware for this service.

Coventry Building Society has funded the grant through the auspices of the Heart of England Community Foundation.

The Heart of England Community Foundation – manage a variety of funds, which are given as small grants to groups and projects, which are mostly volunteer led. With support from their funders, followers and partners they help sustain the communities where we live, work and play.

Their Foundation benefits all those who call Coventry and Warwickshire home.  If you decide to give to the Foundation, funds stay right here in the heart of the   community. They advise you on where the greatest needs are, allowing you to decide how your money is spent.

The Foundation is proud to work with a variety of community networks and local businesses, making the communities within Coventry and Warwickshire stronger, better and safer places to live.

In line with ' Big Society' thinking, they are building an independent endowed fund for the future benefit of communities throughout Coventry and Warwickshire.     Administering funding on behalf of companies, individuals, families, trusts and government departments, they can tailor awards to fit the differing criteria set by each of their fund holders. One of which is Coventry Building Society.

NWCDA would like to thank Coventry Building Society and Heart of England Community Foundation for supporting this important service.
